Wow! A few days ago we woke up to 6" more of new snow. It buried the bird feeder and kept us busy for quite some time digging out. Josh has become quite well acquainted with the snow blower lately!
The sun shining on the newly "snowed" trees was breath-taking at times. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty (even though it did make a whole lot of work) until . . .

I'm not sure if we're allowed to use that term west of the Rockies, but I'm going to because that's what it reminds me of. A warm wind blew in last night and raised the temps to 40+. It's still blowing and the temp is still above 40. Yuck! Check out before and after. Note the kids' sled hill in the lower left corner - I think it will be a while before they can use that one again.
