Born: Friday February 19, 2:55 pmThe Lord has blessed us with a laid back baby! It's about time! Although she sleeps so much, that I sometimes worry. And Joseph and I tend to nudge or poke her occasionally to see if she's still breathing. She will go 4-6 hours between feedings most of the time. She is such a sweetheart, we are so in love with her!
The kids all love her, too, even James! He is so sweet and gentle with her - he just pats and strokes her hair. James calls her his "sissy" and can be very possessive at times.
Joshua is such a BIG boy compared to little Naomi! He's an equally big help, too!
Benjamin is sweet, he wants to hold her and love on her, but he's not really sure what to do with her half the time!
Hannah likes to hold Naomi, too.
I didn't realize it until I went to do this post that we don't have a picture of Grace holding Naomi. Probably due in large part to the fact that she needs to be monitored very closely while holding her. Grace seems to think that she has her own little baby doll to loved and squeeze. Kind of reminds me of an episode of Bugs Bunny with the Monster - "I will hold him and love him . . . and I will call him George."
