Josh surprised us a couple of days ago - Saturday, I think - by digging
a fire pit in the side yard. No, we didn't know he was undertaking this task. Now, when this kid sets his mind to something, he sees to be rather unstoppable (kind of like his dad! ;D) The fire pit he dug was easily twice that any other (sane) person would have dug. He also laid the fire in it before he came and asked to light it - actually he came in and asked for the lighter! Which, you may be sure, did not go over very well with Mom! Long story short, we had a camp fire Saturday evening
with two other neighbor families attending. It was fun, and if it's not illegal, we'll do it again. Gotta check on fire laws.
