Our Trip - Days 1 & 2

After a late start on Monday (we didn't get out of town until 2pm) we stopped in Kellogg, ID the first night.  I could just about kick myself 'cuz I forgot to start taking pictures on Day 1, though we were in the most beautiful part of the drive!


We stopped the second night near Butte, MT.  The landscape has changed from the rugged mountains and forests to distant mountains/hills and lots of open . . . grass, or something.



The RV park we stayed at had a kiddie playground - Hooray! After two days of travel the kiddos were getting restless!   We roasted hot dogs over the bbq and then made s'mores that night - a mistake we didn't dare repeat!
